Before you buy: Artistry in Gold Poway price match guarantee policy will secure your peace of mind. If you’ve been price shopping and receive a better price anywhere else, Artistry in Gold will match that price, and take an additional 5% off of your purchase. Price match cannot be combined with any other offers or special/promotional pricing. Not valid on clearance or closeout merchandise, or loose gemstones.

After you buy: Artistry in Gold Poway guarantees our price to be the same or lower of any competitor’s * advertised price for a period of 30 days. If for any reason you find the same item *advertised at a lower price we will match the advertised price and refund you the difference.

Advertised or quoted price must be advertised in a media form for the general public. We can’t accept hand written quotes from other jewelers or web based solicitations by unauthorized dealers; it must be an advertised price. Customer must provide us the advertised piece and it must be for the same style, materials, quality and certification. Qualified date stamped e-mail quotes will be accepted for a period of no more than 72 hours from the date stamp. Artistry in Gold Poway reserves the right to refuse any offers.
Our Return Policy
Within 15 Days of purchase date. Not altered, damaged or used in any way.
Product Warranty
We warranty all our products to the highest standard available in the jewelry industry. If there is any problem with your purchase you may return it to be repaired within 90 days of your purchase. If it is determined to be a design flaw, your product will be replaced at no charge to you. We will not be responsible for articles damaged due to customer wear or abuse. All designer pieces are under warranty by Artistry in Gold.
After Warranty Period
After your 90 Day warranty is over, we recommend that customers take advantage of our free inspection and cleaning service. Since jewelry is susceptible to normal wear and tear, we can catch any necessary repairs needed, before any problems arise!
